Dynamics 365 Sales enables salespeople to build strong relationships with their customers, take actions based on insights, and close deals faster. Use Dynamics 365 Sales to keep track of your accounts and contacts, nurture your sales from lead to order, and create sales collateral. You can also create marketing lists and campaigns and follow service cases associated with specific accounts or opportunities.

Dynamics 365 Sales offers four different models designed to suit the specific needs of your business. These include:

Sales Enterprise

  • Qualify nurture leads and convert them into closed sales by following the sales process available on Sales Enterprise
  • Predict sales revenue in a selected time frame by using a variety of metrics such as individual sales performance against set quotas as well as set up your own sales pipeline
  • Systematise manual, repeatable processes that are hindering efficiency and be proactive to change by setting responses to sales-impacted activity 
  • Manages targeted sales and marketing campaigns by monitoring customer responses

Sales Premium

  • All the powerful features of Sales Enterprise with the addition of AI-powered features. These include:
  • Actionable, real-time insights to guide your salespeople on the best next step – this is enabled by the Sales Accelerator feature
  • Minimise your salespeople’s wasted time by eliminating manual data entry through AI-powered updates on existing and new records, ensuring sellers are constantly up-to-date with customer records. Features such as Assistant, Relationship analytics and health, Talking points, Who knows whom and Conversation intelligence work together to achieve this.
  • Leverage AI predictive models which boost conversion rates by arranging leads and opportunities by likelihood of conversion. Features include predictive lead scoring, predictive opportunity scoring and predictive forecasting

Relationship Sales 

  • This solution is an integration of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and either Sales Premium or Sales Enterprise.
  • Encourage your salespeople to have more thorough and personalised and interactions with customers
  • Synchronise sales activities with Sales Navigator
  • Save time by filtering leads and saving contacts using Sales Navigator

Sales Professional

Near identical to the Sales Hub app, The Sales Professional offers all the features you need. The only difference is the entities included in the Sales Professional app are a subset of the entities included in the Sales Enterprise.
